A five-week guided journey

The Path

£5, once.

The whole of The Path — five weeks, yours to keep and return to. Or choose an optional supporter tier.

Every tier gives you the same Path. £15 and £30 are optional supporter tiers — the extra helps fund free films and keeps The Path running.

If it isn’t what you needed, write to us and we’ll refund you — no questions asked.

Questions you might have

What format is it?

It’s a writing course, with a short film each week. You imagine the future you want, break it into goals you write in your own words, and work each one through — why it matters, the plan, the obstacles, how you’ll measure progress. You type your answers straight into the page, at your own pace. No live sessions, no deadlines, no group calls.

How long does it take?

The programme is structured over five weeks, but you can go faster or slower. Most people spend 2–3 hours per week. Some weeks you’ll want to sit with the questions longer — the week you write your two futures is worth splitting across two sittings, with a night’s sleep in between. That’s the point, not a problem.

Do I need anything?

Somewhere quiet, and a little uninterrupted time. You write directly into the page, so a notebook is optional — though some people like keeping one alongside. No special software, no apps, no accounts to create.

Where does the method come from?

The Path stands on decades of published research in goal-setting and expressive writing — the repeated finding that people who put their ideal future into words, then plan for it concretely, do measurably better at reaching it. Jordan Peterson and his colleagues did much to prove and popularise structured written exercises of this kind, and we build on that tradition with gratitude — though The Bridge Project is independent, and not affiliated with or endorsed by them. What you’ll read here is ours: rebuilt for a world being reshaped by AI, where choosing who you want to become matters more than ever.

Why does it cost £5?

Five pounds is deliberately small — enough that you arrive having decided to take this seriously, never enough to keep anyone out. One payment, and the course is yours for good. The films are free for everyone; if you choose to pay more, the extra funds those films and keeps The Path running.

What if it’s not for me?

Then write to us and we’ll refund you — no questions asked. We’d rather you try it and decide than never start.
